check in was very easy, and as soon as we got to the room instantly you could smell how clean it was and looked great! full size body products for use in bathroom. we got to stay on the historic side! had a concert at the Sylvee so we were a block away made for an easy walk there and back.

trendy, clean, modern, delicious bar/restaurant. Loved the vending area in the lobby, and sitting areas throughout. The location was perfect for the theater down the block. Safe and clean parking ramp, and overall a great experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The paint theme was fun and modern. Loved the shower. The personal attention to our stay by Spencer was appreciated. Traveling with teenagers can often be tricky, but even they were impressed.

Everything was excellent! We were just passing through and only stayed a night but it was the most comfortable bed, and quiet we’ve had throughout this trip. The staff were great. I love that I was able to communicate with them via text message. Great little restaurant with interesting and innovative cocktails. They also helped us jumpstart our car the next day. We’ve never had a bad experience with Hotel Indigo but this one would have to be my favorite one.

Great location. Super cool building that was an old paint factory. Loved the decor! The room was comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower products. I always appreciate a black makeup washcloth and spa water. We also had fun playing the games in the lobby. Easy in and out parking. The staff was really friendly. If you are going to Breese or Sylvee, this location can't be beat.

I loved the whole concept of the hotel. It is an old paint factory repurposed into a hotel. So it has a warehouse/factory look which I thought was so cool! The room had very updated amenities and the TV in your room welcomed you. The staff were very kind and helpful. Once you got settled in your room you'd get a text from the staff asking if you were happy with your room and if there was anything you needed. All in all I absolutely loved this hotel!

Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. I would have given top ratings except the shower was a little lame-water pressure was minimal (don't have a big shower head if you don't have the water supply) and the hand shower just drooped in its holder. Positives were the gym, the bar, the nice size fridge and the coffee maker.

I so much enjoyed my stay and I cannot thank the AMAZING staff enough. A special shoutout to Sam who made me feel so comfortable having my dog Rocky with me. I was very nervous as first time in hotel with her and important to make the dog feel comfortable, so I arrived the night before my engagement in Madison. Sam and Nicole (she too was FABULOUS) went out of their way to check on me as well as Rocky. I am so excited to stay there again when in Madison. It was just wonderful and appreciate you guys so much. Rocky also enjoyed her time (we will continue to work on barking- they did say no issues or calls . . . phew, but I will continue to work on that). Thank you again, Sam, Nicole, and the amazing staff (manager/cleaning staff) at Hotel Indigo . . . HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cheers, Katie W.

Very large and clean room thanks to Spencer upgrading our room for a very reasonable charge. Everything you need is on site and getting the Capitol and all restaurants around it was fantastic. There were restaurants within walking distance, too. The shuttle, although we didn't use it, was a nice feature. Gym was pretty good, also, for a hotel gym.

Very nice and modern Hotel the room was very clean and very spacious the staff at the reception were very friendly and very supportive There was a shuttle service which was very quick and taking us to downtown every day We forgot our mobile phone at the hotel after we checked out however the staff were very cooperative and sent us the mobile after they found it with the driver of the shuttle to the place where he dropped us excellent service excellent staff

The staff was absolutely lovely and customer service is clearly something they focus on. The bar and restaurant on site was wonderful, and our bartender made the best drinks! We loved the room we were in and the hotel overall
